We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice OR you fail to show up within 10 minutes of your start time, you will be charged $25. This amount must be paid with the credit card used to secure your appointment, gift certificates and other coupons cannot be used towards this fee. For this reason, when booking online or over the phone, you will be required to provide your credit card information upfront or the appointment will not be booked.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, you and the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session time booked. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are not present 10 minutes after your scheduled start time, you will not be allowed to get on the table, and you must reschedule your appointment.
